Drive Success in Accommodation Services

As a seasoned leader, you will provide quality leadership and ensure National Disability Insurance Scheme compliance across the department.

  • Support Team Leaders for efficient daily property operations.
  • Manage staff performance and promote positive team culture.
  • Engage in continuous improvement across accommodation services.
  • Ensure person-centred participant services aligned with mandatory compliances.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage incident reporting, feedback, complaints, and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and quality framework.
  • Develop protocols as needed and comply with relevant policies.
  • Manage Work Health & Safety requirements for designated properties.
  • Participate in rotating roster of on-call responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Accommodation Department to drive success.
  • Support Team Leaders in managing daily property operations.
  • Manage staff performance and promote positive team culture.
  • Engage in continuous improvement across accommodation services.
  • Ensure compliance with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar role with expertise in SIL/SDA operations and NDIS environment.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Nursing, or relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in people leadership and performance management.
  • Prior experience supporting complex care participants with mental health issues.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Professional and responsive communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
