Experienced Aviation Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance professional to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality maintenance work on assigned aircraft.
- Work closely with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork.
Some travel may be required.
Requirements- Must hold qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo model helicopters.
- Must hold a current B1 or C license.
- Completed MEA40715 - Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
- An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- The ability to work independently.
- Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
- Meet the requirements of the Company pre-employment drug and alcohol policy.
- Provide a current National Police Check.
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia without restriction and you must be able to obtain and maintain aviation and other government security clearances that may be required.
- A permanent, full-time opportunity working a 38-hour week over 4 days, Monday to Thursday.
