Our hotel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hospitality Team Member to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms and common areas. This role involves ensuring that all guest spaces are tidy, well-maintained, and safe for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Clean and service hotel rooms to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping regularly
  • Operate vacuuming equipment to keep floors clean
  • Dispose of rubbish from bins in rooms and public areas
  • Sanitize sinks, toilets, and showers in private and public bathrooms
  • Clean windows and mirrors in all areas
  • Maintain and upkeep of all cleaning equipment and supplies
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Dedicated professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
  • Adaptability to changing schedules or routines; strong time management skills
  • Pays attention to detail when cleaning
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule
  • Physically able to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10kg
