The Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our audit department and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and delivering audit engagements for our clients across various industries;
  • Preparing financial statements and client reports that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy;
  • Providing on-the-job training and supervision to junior team members, including graduates and intermediate staff;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of auditors to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and results.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in auditing and financial services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Between three to six years' experience in audit and financial services;
  • CA or CPA qualification (or studying);
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations, auditing standards, and accounting concepts;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues;
  • Proficient understanding of accounting software, including CaseWare, APS, Xero, and MYOB;
  • Integrity, honesty, trust, and respect for colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
