Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive service planning strategies across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in nursing and midwifery practice, with a proven track record in management and leadership roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive innovation and excellence in nursing and midwifery practice, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification is essential for ongoing appointment; consideration may be given to fixed-term appointment subject to attainment of the qualification within 2 years.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in management and leadership roles, with expertise in nursing and midwifery practice, is highly desirable.
