Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Dental Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during treatments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Perform various reception tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient files as necessary, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Assist with infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a private practice setting, with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and think critically in fast-paced environments.
