Top Sales Executive

At Access Hire, we are seeking a highly skilled Capital Sales Manager to spearhead our equipment sales division. With the rapid expansion in government infrastructure investment and extensive pipeline of construction projects, this role presents exciting opportunities for an experienced capital sales professional to build market share and uphold the vision and values that have made us the largest provider of access equipment in Australia.
This position will be based out of our St Marys branch, where you will work closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue KPIs.
Your primary objective will be to identify target markets and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will also conduct regular follow-ups and customer visits to ensure satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in the construction, civil, mining or government sectors. A proven track record of achieving sales targets with an extensive database of existing customers in key market sectors is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, are also required.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure.
