About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team at Legal Aid NSW. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a skilled professional to work on developing automated solutions using Robotic Process Automation and Cognitive Automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment to identify, build, and deliver automated solutions
- Contribute to an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Present solutions to business stakeholders and ensure effective communication
Requirements
- Solid delivery experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementation of Robotic Process Automation or Cognitive Automation technologies
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism Infrastructure and Robotic Operating Model (ROM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts including OCR, AI, chat bots, virtual agents, and human-in-the-loop/attended automation tools
- Proven track record in project delivery and working with business areas to support the development and delivery of automated solution designs
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business related discipline, or relevant experience in a similar role
Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $101,947-$112,849 per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading.
