The role of eLearning and Instructional Designer is available at Padua College as part of its commitment to excellence in education.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of projects and learning programs, including the creation of bespoke in-house training materials and programs. They will also deliver individual and group training for students, staff, and parents and support the Director of eLearning with the coordination and delivery of training sessions.

The eLearning and Instructional Designer will work closely with the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching and report directly to the Director of eLearning and Innovation. They will have strong organisational skills, relevant project management qualifications, and expertise in economical multimedia content development and system analysis within an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of projects and learning programs;
2. Develop and maintain bespoke in-house training materials and programs;
3. Deliver individual and group training for students, staff, and parents;
4. Support the Director of eLearning with the coordination and delivery of training sessions;
5. Coordinate the administration of the College's Learning Management Systems (LMS), external content delivery platforms, online test environments, and other systems;
6. Coordinate learning solutions and projects that enhance information technology literacy skills;
7. Create a variety of multimedia assets, including video, audio, graphics, and motion graphics.
