About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Associate at our Sheridan Hobart Outlet.

This is a casual role that requires the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and helping them locate items
  • Keeping the store looking fantastic by replenishing stock and general store upkeep
  • Creating a magical shopping experience during the holiday season

What skills do I need?

  • You love people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • You're able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence
  • You're adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to show initiative and problem-solve
