This role is a key contributor to the success of our business, responsible for managing logistics and inventory levels across Australia.
As an experienced professional in supply chain management, you will be tasked with overseeing logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and third-party logistics providers.
Additionally, this position requires expertise in inventory management, including tracking, cycle counts, reconciliations, and master data analysis. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in identifying and resolving discrepancies, ensuring stock traceability, and maintaining detailed records of inventory movements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and third-party logistics providers.
- Oversee inventory levels, tracking, cycle counts, reconciliations, and master data analysis to maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, ensuring stock traceability and maintaining detailed records of inventory movements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution, and imports/exports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
