Customer Service Representative - Grocery Department

We are seeking an individual to work in our Fruit and Veg/Grocery department.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike, maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
  • Be available for at least 2-3 days per week and every second weekend.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness suitable for lifting and standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive and safe working environment.
  3. Follow established protocols for food handling and workplace health and safety.
  4. Meet availability requirements, including weekends.
  5. Display physical capabilities suitable for job demands.

Pay Information:

The pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are as follows:

Casual:

Weekdays: $33.19

Saturday: $39.83

Sunday: $46.46
