About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Construction team at Borg Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relevant trade qualifications and skills
  • At least two years of experience in the construction industry
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, legislation, and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential selection criteria:

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Relevant trade skills and knowledge
  • At least two years of experience in the construction industry
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, legislation, and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in trouble shooting, problem solving, and fault finding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

Pre-Employment Medical Examination

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, which includes functional, audiometric, and drug and alcohol testing.
