Orthopaedic Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgery Registrar to join our Surgical Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the provision of clinical services to inpatients and outpatients under consultant supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical services.
- Demonstrating a commitment to clinical teaching and participating in research projects.
- Operating a Fluoroscope if licencing can be obtained.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.
- Extensive clinical experience and competence in the practice of Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Minimum 4 years satisfactory experience as an Intern/Resident Medical Officer/Registrar in a recognised teaching hospital and some experience as an Advanced Trainee.
- Understanding of both the rights and responsibilities of patients and their families.
- Broad knowledge in the chosen field of orthopaedics.
- The physical ability to meet position expectations and requirements.
