About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with a reputable team, providing essential support for property management operations while developing your skills in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs with professionalism.
  • Support the Property Management team with leasing, communication, and maintenance coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations.
  • Assist in providing solutions to enhance the experience for tenants and landlords.

Requirements:

  • A current QLD Sales Registration or Full Licence.
  • Experience in property management, ideally 1-2 years.
  • Familiarity with PropertyMe software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
