**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant. This is a casual role working at our Distribution Centre in Homebush, NSW.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by picking, scanning, and packing inventory accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to achieve high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, labelling, and checking orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading pallets of stock
  • Assisting with ticketing and pricing of product
  • Accurately checking, receipting, and putting away stock
  • Labelling packages to prepare for shipping
  • Assisting during stock takes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full availability across Monday to Friday, including full availability during the afternoon shift times only (2:30pm-10pm)
  • Experience in RF scanning and pick packing or experience as a dock hand
  • Prior experience as a Warehouse Assistant is preferred but not mandatory
  • A demonstrated record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Hands-on and able to handle large volumes of work
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and manual environment
  • Display a highly motivated and can-do attitude
  • Be reliable and punctual
