Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a person living with Multiple Sclerosis.

The role involves providing personal care assistance and supporting with hygiene, as well as supporting the client with activities out in the community and offering companionship & friendship. You will also be responsible for assisting with Complex Cares including Bowel Care, Catheter Care & Skin Care management.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Support Worker who is client centric and has a wonderful attitude and approach. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good manual handling skills including hoist
  • Experience working with physical disabilities like Multiple Sclerosis and epilepsy
  • NDIS Clearance, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
  • Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
