  • Develop and implement strategies to expand audience reach, leveraging data insights to inform future direction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for editorial partnerships, enhancing the visibility of our content among diverse audiences.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media property.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and supporting their goals.
  • Native-level English (and Korean if based in Korea) with strong writing and creative skills.
  • Excellent digital fluency and knowledge of current social media trends.
  • Ability to inspire creative teams and customers through effective presentation skills.
