We are seeking an experienced Databricks Solution Architect to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

As a key member of our data engineering platform, you will be responsible for designing and deploying Databricks platforms on cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in building and deploying data engineering pipelines into production, including automation best practices for CI/CD, will drive business value and accelerate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable Databricks platforms on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Develop and maintain robust data engineering pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from development to deployment
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on industry-leading big data and AI applications
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in big data and cloud computing

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in big data technologies, including Spark SQL and Azure Data Lake
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale data engineering platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Apache Spark and Databricks certifications preferred
