Court Practice Operations Manager

Job Summary
This is a fixed term, full time position based in Melbourne. As the Court Practice Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at Werribee community correctional services.
About the Role
You will have direct oversight of court order management and community partnerships. You will contribute to the delivery of a corrections system that keeps our communities safe by engaging offenders to build responsibility and connecting them to programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and oversight of Advanced Practitioners and Supervisors of court assessment and prosecutions services (CAPS)
- Support and guide case management and CAPS practitioners on mitigating risk through evidence-based practices
- Participate in an on-call duty director roster as required
Requirements
- Extensive experience with complex and high-risk clients
- Expertise in best practice risk minimization and therapeutic initiatives
- Experience in managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services
- Teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse group of staff
- A strong operational lens with the ability to monitor performance, resource, and staffing requirements
