Drive Music and Culture Experiences

Develop and implement a music curation strategy that grows consumption and builds outstanding music experiences using analytical skills and insights.

  • Develop and Implement Music Curation Policy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company goals
  • Expand Spotify's playlist portfolio by identifying and substantiating programming and playlist hypotheses
  • Lead music editorial representation in cross-functional projects

You will work closely with the Head of Music, AUNZ, and Global Music Editorial leads to contribute to global editorial planning and strategy. As a leader, you will drive local and global growth while building long-term value for the region.

With extensive music industry and curation experience, a strong understanding of the AUNZ music industries, and an excellent reputation amongst network contacts, you will inspire others and communicate your vision to empower coworkers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and expand playlists to meet consumer needs
  • Work with the music team to identify and develop new content opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and success

Requirements:
