About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a well-established not-for-profit early childhood education and care service in Sydney's Inner West.

Job Description
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of a high-quality long day care service as the Nominated Supervisor.
  • Promote a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for all educators and families within the service.
  • Oversee and facilitate the curriculum provided within the service and use your sound knowledge and creativity to work towards continuous development and improvement.
  • Maintain safe and healthy environments for all children and team members.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrated experience within a leadership position.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process.
