About the Role

Our Sales and Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the team at our David Jones Woden Store, driving sales and store performance across all brands and concession pads. This position is responsible for team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across all brands and concession pads.
  • Lead the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
  • Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels.
  • Implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively.
