We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older members of our community. As a Community Support Assistant, you will provide support to clients to live independently and fulfilling from the comfort of their own homes.

You will work closely with the at-home care team to have an in-depth knowledge of clients' individual needs. These may include:

  • Transportation
  • Use of mobility aids and personal equipment
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for caring for the older members of our community and their families. You should have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid/CPR certification
