About the Role

This dynamic and essential role involves specimen collection, courier runs, and supporting laboratory operations. It plays a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate diagnostic testing.

You will be responsible for venepuncture (including paediatric collections), domiciliary visits, and the preparation and transport of biological specimens. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining laboratory equipment, managing data entry, and providing a courteous reception and enquiry service to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and computer skills with a commitment to service excellence are also required.
