Project Integration Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Integration Manager to lead our communications project from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Planning: Define and manage the entire systems integration of the communications project, including detailed design, set to work, integration testing, and deployment.
  • Detailed Design and Integration: Develop the project specific detailed design and integration processes aligning them to the Engineering Management System.
  • Activity Execution: Plan and execute the detailed design and integration activities, including resource allocation, task management and problem solving.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues, manage risk, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful integration.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that required engineering products and activities are produced in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of communication systems.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Detailed Design and Integration team.
  • Customer Support: Manage integration and deployment activities at customer facilities.
  • Contract Support: Contribute to contract change proposals.
  • Employee Development: Support the identification of training and development needs for assigned team members and conducting functional performance reviews.
