Infrastructure Growth Manager

This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the energy and infrastructure sectors. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to delivery and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and explore new business leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a technical product environment.
- A background working with clients in the power, utilities, rail, or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Proactive, organized, and commercially astute.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
