About Our Diesel Mechanic Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled individual to fill the role of Diesel Mechanic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on trucks, trailers, and buses using the latest tools and diagnostics in our modern workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines and other heavy vehicle systems
  • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and service advisors
  • Identify new problems and implement solutions to resolve them efficiently
  • Utilize leading technology and tools in a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Australian work rights and relevant visa status
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on heavy vehicles with a focus on diesel mechanics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
