Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.

  • Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial exterior cleaning installations.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning jobs.
  • Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (preferred). Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
