Job Description

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Repco, you'll be responsible for providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions, and moments that matter for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building effective customer relationships and being the expert to talk to
  • Selling skills that contribute to sales performance
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • Having a safety mindset and striving to provide a safe work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • The physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • A flexible availability and a valid driver's license (required for occasional driving)
