Outside Of School Hours Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a 2IC in Outside of School Hours Care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and create memorable experiences for children in our service.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating engaging experiences for children.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the children's preferences.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support program compliance and contribute to service delivery in line with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, with a Diploma qualification (or equivalent) and/or working towards ACECQA standards. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a playful, positive attitude.
