About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Southern Melbourne and surrounding areas.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional looking for a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with diverse clients in various settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers
- Utilize evidence-based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology support
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supporters (family, carers, friends)
- Attend regular team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, experiences, and expertise
- You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential.
