- To collaborate with colleagues in delivering tailored plans of care, guaranteeing that service users receive safe and personalized support.
- To offer assistance with daily living tasks, including personal grooming, hygiene, toileting, eating, drinking, medication management, and communication.
- To monitor progress, be aware of triggers for challenging behaviour, and take appropriate action in accordance with agreed protocols.
