Coach Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced Coach Trainer to join our team, responsible for identifying training needs and developing tailored coaching plans.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge updates and clienteling best practices.
  • Support staff on the sales floor with real-time coaching to enhance the client experience.
  • Drive successful completion of training programs, ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Store Managers to align learning outcomes with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies.
  • Monitor in-store training quality and impact through follow-up and active shop floor presence.
