As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be dedicated, enthusiastic, and resilient, serving as a positive influence for young individuals while collaborating with colleagues to create a secure and nurturing living environment. This role demands exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, the capacity to uphold professional boundaries, and a thorough understanding of therapeutic approaches to engage with youth facing complex challenges.
Qualifications Required:
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care)
- A relevant tertiary qualification with a commitment to pursue additional training to fulfill the Certificate IV requirements
