Job Title: Senior Dietitian and Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dietitian to lead our clinical team and provide quality services in dietetics to patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of quality services in dietetics to meet patient/client health and wellbeing needs.
  • Provide high-level clinical leadership and expertise in dietetics, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and policies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA).
  • Demonstrated highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and clinical proficiency in dietetics, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Leadership and management experience, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
