Pharmacy Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Team Leader to join our retail pharmacy team. This key role involves providing leadership and support to the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of Pharmacy assistants to achieve excellent customer service standards and maintain high levels of sales performance.
  • Supervising opening and/or closing procedures, banking reconciliation, stock management and administration tasks.
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to colleagues to ensure seamless store operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, managing budgets and achieving KPIs.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, with a passion for delivering results.
