Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires a mature and driven individual to oversee daily operations and lead a team in creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Oversee team management and staff training, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Manage inventory control, financial reconciliation, and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and expand the organization's presence in the industry.

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who possesses excellent communication skills, knowledge of gaming and hospitality, and can adapt to shift-work schedules including evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of industry regulations. Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to train and motivate team members, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
