We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ICT Project Officer to join our team. As an ICT Project Officer, you will be responsible for analysing, reviewing, and enhancing existing systems, applications, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and review existing systems, applications, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement;">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs;">
  • Manage data migration and testing requirements to ensure accuracy and integrity;">
  • Support ICT project delivery through project management, UAT testing, and training;">
  • Drive improvements by mapping current and future processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as experience with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). You will also need skills in SQL or Python for data analysis and reporting. A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Business is desirable, but not essential.
