About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Labourer to join our team at RPR Trades. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Traffic Control and Management: Safely manage traffic flow around work areas, ensuring the well-being of our workers and the general public.
  2. Fencing and Site Maintenance: Erect, dismantle, and maintain temporary fencing, barrier fencing, and silt fencing, as well as perform daily site cleaning and maintenance.
  3. Equipment Operation: Operate various site equipment, including star picket drivers, sledgehammers, jackhammers, pumps, and hand/power tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  4. Manual Labour and Physical Tasks: Perform manual physical tasks, including lifting and bending, as required to support the smooth operation of our construction sites.
  5. Tipper Operation: Safely operate small tippers for transportation purposes.
Requirements
  1. Availability: Be available for an immediate start.
  2. Construction Safety Card: Hold a valid Construction Safety Card.
  3. Roller Operations Ticket: Have relevant tickets for Roller operations.
  4. Traffic Control Ticket: Hold a Traffic Control Ticket (Level 1 or Level 1&2) would be advantageous.
  5. Driver's License: Hold a current Driver's License.
  6. Reliable Vehicle: Own a reliable vehicle.
  7. Past Experience: Have past proven experience in a similar role.
