Looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of kitchen hand in Melbourne. This key member of our team will be responsible for general kitchen duties such as washing dishes, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with food preparation tasks.

The successful applicant will be a team player who is able to commit to 25-30 hours per week and work varying shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

They will need to possess previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to maintain their composure under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring the kitchen remains well-maintained and efficient.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
