Residential Property Manager Position in Brisbane

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team at DAH-RESIPM Pty Ltd in Brisbane.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of residential property, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end property management, including preparation of documentation and maintenance of property standards.
  • Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards.
  • Rent arrears management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspections.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property-related matters.
  • Tenant liaison – handling queries, complaints, and needs of tenants.

What We Offer:

As a Residential Property Manager at DAH-RESIPM Pty Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration is required.
