About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers and provide them with information about our products. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and offering product recommendations.">
  • Maintain knowledge of our products, including ale, lager, merlot, and shiraz.">
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.">
  • Be able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reach stock on high shelves.">
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.">
