This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our team as an Infrastructure And Security Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our IT and OT networks, servers, and storage systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network architecture, and cybersecurity protocols. They will also be skilled in managing disaster recovery plans, implementing virtualization solutions, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

As a leader within our organization, the successful candidate will be expected to maximize system performance, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to the development of strategies for future infrastructure requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of like-minded professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Design, develop, and maintain IT and OT networks, servers, and storage systems
  • Ensure systems and services are cyber-safe and secure
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Current qualifications in Cisco Networking, Microsoft Windows Server, and Cyber Security
  • Proficiency in network cabling standards and requirements
  • Expertise in virtualization Hyper-V design, implementation, and administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Server and network troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security methodologies
  • Excellent documentation skills of infrastructure environments
