Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a High-Energy Bartender and Customer Service Professional at Panthers North Richmond. About the Role

This role will involve providing top-notch customer service to members and guests, preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will work closely with our Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Create unique and refreshing cocktails using a variety of ingredients and garnishes;
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards;
  • Collaborate with the Beverage team to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry;
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, demonstrated through positive feedback and reviews;
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines;
  • RSA and RCG certificates, or willingness to obtain;
  • A passion for mixology and creating innovative cocktails;
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on presentation and quality;
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices;
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
