About the Role

Aptella PaveSmart is a leading provider of surveying and paving services to major infrastructure projects. We are seeking a skilled Paving Technician/Level Hand to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with site supervisors and engineering staff on a daily basis.
  • Communicate regularly with plant operators and site staff to ensure level controls are maintained.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using our proprietary PaveSmart system.
  • Install control networks.
Requirements
  • Asphalt Level Hand experience.
  • Asphalt Labouring/Operator experience.
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • RII and/or VOCs (nice to have).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Highly reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work day, nights, weekends, and away from home as needed.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
