Leadership Opportunity in Personal Injury Law

As a senior practitioner, you will lead complex litigation, drive business development, and contribute to strategic firm direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex claims including high-value WorkCover, TAC, public liability, and medical negligence cases
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to their professional development and satisfaction
  • Drive business development through client relationships, referral networks, and community engagement
  • Contribute to firm strategy including practice development, process improvement, and innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on operational decisions and firm direction
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential qualifications and experience include:

  • 7+ years of post-admission experience with substantial personal injury law experience across multiple practice areas
  • Proven track record of successful complex litigation and significant settlements/judgments
  • Business development experience with demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships
  • Leadership and mentoring experience with junior legal staff

  • Exceptional advocacy skills both written and oral, including court appearance experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of practice management and profitability
