Are you a final-year law student looking to kickstart your legal career? Our Sydney Law Graduate Development Program offers ambitious and passionate individuals the opportunity to join our team.

Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated individuals who are eager to build a long-term legal career. As a law graduate, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can learn and grow with us.

  • Permanent full-time position from day one
  • Two six-month rotations across different practice groups (with the option for a third rotation)
  • Permanent placement in a practice group after your first year
  • A tailored learning and development program to grow your technical and professional skills
  • Opportunities to travel interstate and collaborate with our national graduate cohort
  • Work closely with award-winning partners and high-performing teams
  • Early access to community and pro bono work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate excellent academic record, great communication skills, and a strong motivation to build a long-term legal career. Previous experience in the legal industry is advantageous but not essential.
