Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working leader to assist in managing the fruit & veg department at our store.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing a small team and creating effective rosters to ensure seamless operations
  • Generating accurate orders and completing thorough stock takes to minimize losses
  • Demonstrating expert knowledge of fresh food retail practices and providing exceptional customer service skills
  • Liaising with team members and management to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation through merchandising and visual displays

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fresh food retail experience (desired but not essential)
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills to motivate team members
  • Ability to accurately order and control costs to optimize profitability
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and management
  • A flair for creative merchandising and store presentation
