Swim Instructor Trainee

We are seeking candidates to participate in a professional development opportunity that will qualify them as casual swim teachers. This program is ideal for individuals with an interest in the leisure industry who are looking for a rewarding and fun career.
No prior experience is necessary, as all practical training will be based in Stawell. The program is open to anyone over 16 years old who is passionate about the leisure industry and eager to learn.
Northern Grampians Shire Council will fund all formal training, and participants will receive an hourly wage for all practical hours. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience and skills while working towards a fulfilling career.
An information session will be held online and in-person in the first week of October 2024, but this information has been removed to comply with the guidelines. Expressions of interest are open until 31 December 2024.
